By using Pocket Personality ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides MBTI personality type assessments based on cognitive function analysis. Results are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological assessment.
3. User Accounts
You may use the App without an account with limited features. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its content, and scoring algorithms are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MBTI results are based on self-reported answers and algorithmic analysis, and may not accurately reflect your personality type.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings tab.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
